see my brother in law in the grey T-shirt I am next to on the side view....yeah well I now fit into the size t-shirt he is wearing...yeah I DO! and so proud tha tI am now a NORMAL size...
also all my sons and husbands clothes are TO BIG for me TO BIG...there was a time when I wished I could wear a sweat shirt of my husbands..now I can and it is big on me...hehehehehe
ok I keep commenting..on my own blog but hey if this KIND OF THEROPY HELPS then what the heck...In the lime green shirt I was laready down 20 lbs...SO ADD 20 MORE lbs to that OBESE body....yeah I tought I looked good that day.....THEN I SAW THE PIC
